SAFETY DATA SHEET <br /> Section 6-Accidental Release Measures <br /> Small Spills <br /> Product produces extremely slippery surfaces when wet! Stop source of spill if safe to do so. Contain as much product as <br /> possible using an inert absorbent material and dispose of according to local laws and regulation. Rinse spill area with water, <br /> absorb with inert material or containerize all rinse water and dispose of according to local laws and regulations. Do not rinse <br /> spilled area into a drain or sewer. <br /> Large Spills <br /> Product produces extremely slippery surfaces when wet! Stop source of spill if safe to do so. This material may cause <br /> groundwater contamination. Divert all flow and contain as much product as possible using an inert material. Begin a <br /> containerization process as soon as practical. Rinse spill area with water after cleanup is complete and containerize all rinse <br /> water. Remove material or neutralize in place, then remove for proper disposal according to federal, local, and state laws. <br /> RCRA <br /> None <br /> Section 7-Handling and Storage <br /> Precautions for Safe Handling <br /> Product produceds extemely slippery surfaces when wet! Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and avoid inhalation of vapors or <br /> mist. Do not eat, drink, or smoke in areas where chemicals are stored or handled. Wash thoroughly after using the product <br /> and before handling food or drink. <br /> Conditions for Safe Storage <br /> This material is safe to store in well ventilated areas at ambient temperatures. Respirators and cartridges should be selected based upon the form and concentration of the <br /> contaminants in accordance with applicable regulations. <br /> Ventilation <br /> Normal ventilation has been found to be generally adequate. The end-user must determine if the process or methods <br /> involved with the use of this material requires any additional or special ventilation. <br /> Protective Equipment <br /> Rubber, butyl, neoprene, or plastic gloves should be worn when using this material to avoid skin contact. Safety glasses with <br /> side shields are recommended. Other protective equipment is not generally required under normal working conditions.
