If sustained combustion of debris or non -coal waste becomes a <br />problem the applicant will be prepared to react appropriately. Chemical <br />fire extinguishers will be available on mobile equipment. A water truck <br />will be available to respond to any problem area. Earth moving <br />equipment may be available to smother a fire if necessary. <br />g. Sealing mine openings and boreholes. <br />The monitoring holes will be sealed in accordance with the <br />requirements of Rule 4.07. For specific information concerning the <br />sealing of holes, refer to Volume I - Text, Section 2.05.4(2)(g). <br />h. Measures used to protect air and water quality. <br />The Operator has cancelled the air permits associated with the <br />operation of the train loadout since all facilities have been demolished. <br />The Operator holds current, relevant Discharge Permits issued by the <br />Colorado Department of Health and Environment for discharges <br />occurring from the sediment ponds.
