(2) Engineering specifications. <br />Not applicable. <br />(7) Coal Handling Facilities. <br />A narrative of the coal handling facilities are presented in 2.05.3(3)(b). The requirements of this section are not applicable to the <br />train loadout and stockpile permit area. Coal processing waste generated by <br />the Bowie No. 2 Mine and its disposal and handling are discussed in Volume I - <br />Text, Section 2.05.3(8). <br />Non -coal processing waste is stored in commercial dumpsters located near the <br />shop, train loadout building or truck dump. The typical waste stored in these <br />dumpsters consists of paper, lumber, pipe, supplies, cardboard, etc. A local <br />contractor will periodically remove the waste from the storage dumpsters and <br />haul the refuse to the Delta County landfill. <br />(9) Return of Coal Mine Waste to Abandoned Workings. <br />Not applicable. <br />RN -07 2.05-22 02/18 <br />
