The <br />operator has designed and implemented a complete hydrologic <br />monitoring program. <br />2) Adequate protection of water rights is ensured by regular <br />monitoring. <br />3) The operator controls alternative sources of water that can <br />be proposed for augmentation plans, as needed. <br />Alternative sources of water that could be developed through existing <br />sources include, 1) East Beckwith Reservoir #1, 2) Terror Ditch and, 3) <br />West Reservoir.
