LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF <br /> GEORGE F. GALLEGOS <br /> I, George F. Gallegos,a resident of Conejos County,Colorado,being of sound and disposing <br /> mind and memory, do hereby snake, publish and declare this to be my LAST WILL AND <br /> TESTAMENT, and do hereby revoke all former Wills, testaments, codicils, and testamentary <br /> documents or instruments of any nature whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made. <br /> A. l. I am not currently married. <br /> 2. My children are: <br /> (a) My son, Ronald G. Gallegos. <br /> (b) My son, Gregory D. Gallegos. <br /> (c) My daughter, Glenda E. Martinez. <br /> (d) My daughter, Geraldine DeHerrera. <br /> (e) My son, Guy A. Gallegos. <br /> (f) My son, Gary W. Gallegos. <br /> (g) My daughter, Gale T. Swafford. <br /> Any reference in my Will to "my child" or "my children" is to the aforementioned and any other <br /> children hereafter born to or adopted by me and to no others. <br /> B. All Estate, inheritance and other death taxes payable by reason of my death, other than <br /> any generation-skipping tax or any tax allocable to assets with respect to which I had a qualifying <br /> income interest for life, on any property included in my Estate for tax purposes, shall be paid as my <br /> Personal Representative shall direct, and to the extent.paid by my Personal Representative shall be <br /> paid as an expense of administration without contribution from any person and without <br /> apportionment. <br /> C. I give, devise and bequeath my Estate as follows: <br /> 1. 1 give, devise and bequeath all of my tangible personal property,except such property used <br /> in any business in which I may have any interest, together with any insurance policies and claims <br /> under such policies on such property,in accordance with a Memorandum which I intend to leave at <br /> my death. If for any reason no such Memorandum is in existence at my death or if any such <br /> Memorandum fails to dispose of all of such property effectively,I give such property to my children <br /> who survive me by ten(10)days in shares of substantially equal value,to be divided among them as <br /> they,and such other person as my Personal Representative may select to represent any child of mine <br /> believed by my Personal Representative to be incapable of acting in his or her own best interest,shall <br /> agree.
