He will be responsible for training <br /> employees to install BMPs, conduct the inspections and monitoring, and complete the reports. <br /> Installation, inspection, and monitoring training will occur weekly after the operation's safety <br /> meeting. Employees will be trained to install and recognize the site specific control measures <br /> used on the site, assess the condition of the BMPs, i.e. measuring sediment depths, inspect <br /> berm conditions, reading flow meters, identifying oil spills and/or leaks, identifying visual oil <br /> sheens, procedures for obtaining grab samples, etc. Employees will also be trained how to <br /> properly install and maintain the site specific control measures. Employees trained will be noted <br /> on the training log along with the training subject, and date of training, and person doing the <br /> training. <br /> The employees anticipated to be trained to conduct BMP installation, BMP inspection, <br /> stormwater monitoring, and reporting include: Mike Emick, Leonard Smart, Mike Tefertiller, Mark <br /> Ketels, and Lee Simeon. New employees will also undergo installation, inspection, and <br /> monitoring training on an ongoing basis as needed. <br /> 8 <br />
