Any spill shall be immediately cleaned up and any contaminated soil removed <br /> from the site and landfilled. Any release of a chemical, oil, petroleum product, sewage, etc. <br /> which may enter a water of the State of Colorado must be reported to the State. The State of <br /> Colorado's toll-free 24-hour environmental emergency spill reporting line is (877) 518-5608. <br /> Ditches and/or ponds that are offline shall have flows routed to temporary ditches and/or ponds, <br /> or redundant ditches and/or ponds until they are back online to provide stormwater conveyance <br /> and treatment. <br /> Sediment logs that are replaced shall have the replacement sediment logs installed prior to the <br /> removal of the old logs. <br /> Secondary berms shall be constructed adjacent to any berm directing stormwater flows prior to <br /> removal or repair of any berm to ensure drainage patterns for stormwater flows remain in place. <br /> Record keeping shall be PAO's responsibility and inspection reports must become a part of the <br /> Storm Water Management Plan. The standard inspection forms are included in Appendix C. <br /> Records of spills, leaks, or overflows that result in the discharge of pollutants must also be <br /> documented and recorded to become a part of the plan. <br /> i <br /> 6 <br />
