August 14, 2018 C-1981-041/Roadside Portals CCW <br /> <br /> <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> <br /> Page 3 of 53 <br /> <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br /> A portion of the inspection was a survey conducted on the property of Mr. Fontanari. The purpose of the <br />survey was to conduct a visual assessment all portions of the property that overlie the Roadside Mine workings <br />and record any Items of concern previously documented by Mr. Fontanari’s representatives, as well as any new <br />features observed during the survey. A survey grid was prepared using Ar cMap and ArcOnline prior to the survey <br />at the Division’s offices in Denver. The survey grid was created by combining the surface ownership map and the <br />SL-3 bond release map (containing all areas above mine workings requested for release). A feature in ArcMap <br />called “Fishnet” was used to make a grid over Mr. Fontanari’s property. The grid spacing was preset to have 120 <br />foot wide transects. Please See Figure 1 for the map with the collected data from the inspection. Figure 2 is a <br />chart of the Collected data points from the insp ection. Each Point was given an ID and a description. Photos were <br />taken of the collected points as well. For features that were outlined please see Figure 1 and Figure 3. Figure 3 <br />documents features that were outlined in ArcCollector. The chart had an ID for the feature and a description along <br />with a photograph. A detailed description of each data point collected has been included below They will start <br />from the order in which the data points were collected. The Object ID for the data points correspo nds to the ID <br />given in on the map included as Figure 1 : <br />Key for Figure 1 <br />- Light Tan: The land ownership on the surface of the Roadside Mine and adjacent to the Roadside Mine. <br />- Light Green: The projection of the Roadside Mie underground workings on Mr. Fontan ari’s Property only. <br />- Red Dots: Survey points recorded of features identified during the survey. <br />- Blue Lines: Lines or outlines of an area of concern identified during the survey. <br />- Orange Lines: The route traversed during the survey was recorded. <br /> <br /> <br />Point Objects – Correspond to points located in a table under the category <br />SL11RecordedSurveyPoints on Figure 1. Unless specified otherwise, all objects were taken at <br />locations that were over mine Roadside Mine workings on Mr. Fontanari’s property. <br />Object ID 1: <br />This data point was taken at the location Snowcap Coal had surveyed the vent shaft to be located in relation to TR - <br />69. The site was marked using wooden stakes. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
