C. Peoject Description. Describe all aspects of the operation including mining, milling, and exploration methods, materials,
equipment, workforce, construction and operation schedule, power requirements, how clearing will be accomplished, topsoil
stockpile, waste rock placement, tailings disposal, proposed number of drillholes and depth, depth of proposed suction dredging,
and how gravels will be replaced, etc. Calculate production rates of ore. Include justification and calculations for settling pond
capacities, and the size of runoff diversion channels.
The proposed surface excavation will consist of 3 test holes approximately 10x10x10 accessed by an existing rock road
that has been on property for many years. We will re-use the old settling ponds from the old diggings. The back hoe
discribed in section Access A and D below will be used to clear land as needed. It is intended that the hours of
operation will be 7 days per week 6am to 7pm with 3 main workers. All test holes will be back filled as well as the
settling ponds back to a natural state with the same back hoe when the testing and mining operation is complete. Also
stated that this operation has should be complete on 10/01/2024, if not an extension will be requested. We anticipate
disturbing only.25 acres. This will be reclaimed as soon as testing is complete. The only no other minerals are being
sought, just gold. The top soil that will be stockpiled will be 20 yards and will be stored 200 feet from the main pit and
the quality will be what was obtained from the site. There will be no high walls and all open cuts will be bermed. All
waste rock and backfill materials will be stockpiled in an area as shown on the map in your office and to be expected to
be appoxiately 20 yards. There will be appoximately 20 yards stored on a flat serface with an apron placed around the
base of the pile to prevent any erosion of the material.
D. Equipment and Vehicles. Describe that which is proposed for use in your operation(Examples:drill, dozer, wash plant,mill,etc.). Include:
sizes,capacity,frequency of use,etc.
2004 Ford F250 Pickup, , 1993 Hitachi 120 Back hoe, , 1991 Alpenlite 5th wheel travel trailer, homemade test
plant.which is a tramal There will be one four wheel vehicles used to access the claim on a regular basis. Pictures of
the equipment, other than the 2004 F250 Ford, the 1991 Alpenlite 5th wheel travel trailer and the home made tromell are
attached to this submission
E. Structures. Include information about fixed or portable structures or facilities planned for the operation. Show locations on the
map. Include such things as living quarters, storage sheds, mill buildings, thickener tanks, fuel storage, powder magazines,
pipelines, water diversions, trailers, sanitation facilities including sewage disposal, etc. Include engineering design and geotechnical
information for project facilities, justification and calculations for sizing of tanks, pipelines and water diversions, etc.
1991 29'Alpenlite fifth wheel travel trailer, self contained. It is the intentions that two owners will reside in the 51h wheel
while the claim is in operation. The fifth wheel will be on site for an anticipated 120 days.
V. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION MEASURES(SEE 36 CFR 228.8)
A. Air Quality. Describe measures proposed to minimize impacts on air quality such as obtaining a burning permit for slash disposal
or dust abatement on roads.
We intend on obtaining a burning permitt for any burning that may have to be done. A hose will be used on any roads or
dusty areas that need to have any dust contained and the water being supplied from the settling ponds by way of a water
pump.
