(BMRI) <br /> "San Luis Project" (M-88-112) for the month of September 2018. Surface and groundwater monitoring <br /> and analysis were completed for all the required sites during the month as specified in the TR-32 Quality <br /> Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)Plan. <br /> Tailing Facility/Leak Detection System <br /> In August 2018, lysimeters LS 1 R and LD 1 R were replaced with two new lysimeters which are identified <br /> as LSIR2 and LDIR2 respectively. Attached to this report is the completed installation report, logs and <br /> operations manual for these new lysimeters. <br /> In September 2018, the six lysimeters which are a part of the Lined Tailing Facility (LTF) leak detection <br /> system were inspected and verified for proper vacuum and operation.
