will feed a single processing plant. There is also a potential for a mining phase to feed multiple
processing plants. Planned mining areas are described below and are shown on Map C-1 and
Map C-2.
• Mining Area I
Mining Area 1 surrounds the most recent area worked by Hallenbeck. Grades are very close to
the cutoff grade, but volumes are sufficient to target. It is possible, based on drill hole spacing,
that higher grade zones were missed south of the observable workings. Resistivity logs also
indicate a paleochannel that was missed by drill holes and was thus unexplored. The northern
portion of Mining Area 1 has relatively high grades but transitions to moraine material and
possibly was too difficult to wash with Hallenbeck's equipment, hence the lack of mining. The
eastern edge of this area is targeted for additional exploration and may be the largest remaining
resource in the entire project. It follows the water course of Corske Creek that is the most
probable gold source for the deposit.
• Mining Area 2
Mining Area 2 lies immediately north of the Derry Dredge workings. Grade data indicates that
values are generally lower than the main northern channel but still remain above cutoff grade for
modern equipment. Additionally, the area was likely difficult to access with a dredge.
Resistivity logs indicate a number of paleochannels perched higher than historic dredge
workings. These are very compelling targets especially when metallurgical test data presented in
the Aurora dataset is considered.
• Mining Area 3
Mining Area 3 targets material missed by General Gold Corp's floating dredge. Based on
available datasets and site visits an observable buffer of material was left between the Derry
Dredge workings and the General Gold Corp Dredge. It is likely that this buffer was left to
maintain and support the pond for the dredge. If the Derry Dredge workings were intercepted, it
would likely become difficult to maintain the desired pond elevation. It is likely this area is the
highest-grade remnant left from previous mining operations.
Box Creek Placer Mine Greg 1. k*i and A&%cintm PUA
September 2018 D-3
