There was water discharging through the primary spillway at the last cell <br />of the system (Photo 4). The embankments of the cells were well vegetated and stable. There were no erosional <br />issues noted. The RP -1 Pond is located at the base of the RP -1 refuse pile. The RP-1 Pond was dry during the <br />inspection. The embankments of the pond were stable and had well-established vegetation on them. There were <br />no indications of erosion. The RP -2/3 Pond is located at the northeast edge of the RP -2/3/4 refuse pile. The pond <br />consists of three cells: the east cell, t he main cell and the west cell. The west and main cells of the pond were dry. <br />The east cell was holding some water at the time. The embankments of the pond are stable and well vegetated. <br />There were no erosional features identified. The RP -4 Pond was dry. The embankments to the pond had no <br />indications of erosion and were stable. The vegetation on the embankment was well-established. The RP-5 pond <br />was dry during the inspection. The embankments were stable and well vegetated. There were no indication s of <br />erosion. The Raw Water Lagoon was impounding water. The embankment of the pond had well-established <br />vegetation on it. There were no erosional issues and the embankments were stable.
