The map provided based on Clear Creek County's aerial photography <br />and property boundaries may not accurately represent the exact ground <br />conditions and coordinates but are consistent with the maps submitted and <br />approved thus far. <br />3) Revegetation <br />"Problem: There are state -listed noxious weeds present on site. This is a <br />problem for failure to employ weed control methods for state listed noxious weed <br />species within the permitted area, and to reduce the spread of weeds to nearby <br />areas as required by Section 3.1.90(6) of the rule." <br />Teton has addressed the noxious weed issue and implemented the following <br />plan: <br />Teton Weed Control and Management Plan <br />1) Educate Teton personnel regarding the identification of state listed <br />noxious weed species. Teton utilizes "Noxious Weeds of Colorado, 9th <br />edition" published by the Colorado Weed Management Association for <br />training and identification of these species. <br />2) Obtain readily available residential and commercial herbicide (e.g. <br />Roundup). <br />3) Train Teton personnel in the safe and proper use of the herbicide per <br />manufacturer's instructions. <br />4) Apply herbicide to identified noxious weeds on a biannual basis (spring <br />and fall) as a minimum. Spot application may occur as necessary. <br />5) Regular site monitoring for existence of noxious weeds. <br />4) Sediment Control <br />"Problem: The Operator has not installed the required erosion control features <br />along the access road. This is a problem at this time for failure to protect the <br />land from erosion pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-116(7)(i)." <br />Teton has installed sediment control structures along the access road.
