("Teton") hereby responds to the Possible Violations and requests a <br />Technical Revision to DRMS permit number M2015-028 regarding the Dixie <br />Mine. <br />1) General Compliance With Mine Plan <br />"Problem: The current Mining and Reclamation plans need to be updated and <br />clarified pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-110(2)(a)(VII). The operator must provide <br />sufficient information to describe or identify how the operator intends to conduct <br />the operation" <br />Teton will submit a Technical Revision (TR -2) to update and clarify the current <br />approved Mining and Reclamation Plans to reflect existing and proposed <br />activities by 10/30/2018. <br />2) Roads <br />"Problem: The operator has not obtained the necessary approvals from the <br />Clear Creek County Planning Department for construction of the access road. <br />This is a problem pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-115(a)(c)(1), which requires the <br />mining operation, the reclamation program, and the proposed <br />
