The
inspection was conducted and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Miranda Kawcak Williams
Fork representative was present throughout the inspection. Skieswere clear with temperatures around 85 degrees
Fahrenheit. Demolition of the site continues with disposal of the materials appears to be progressing in a timely
fashion. Main haul roads appeared in good repair, no hydrologic or air quality issues were detected.
UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS:
o Phase I, II and III bond release of Utah Track and the Williams Fork strip pit.
o Technical Revision of the Reclamation Plan

MAINTENANCE ITEMS: INSPECTION, ENFORCEMENT and CIVIL PENALTIES – Rule 5
1. Seven deficiencies were noted in the public file regarding permit materials. Please see below for
specific instances and either add these documents to the file or, reference permit text waiving the
requirements for these documents.

INSPECTION:

GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
Reclamation is underway as permitted, with many of the facilities already demolished. Work has been
ongoing at the shop area where the northern section has been demolished. Most ponds will be reclaimed,
as over the course of the year they do not retain water. With the exception of a vehicle storage building,
facilities will for the most part, be demolished and hauled away. ColoWyo wishes to maintain access to
the site to maintain their railroad spur that runs through the site.

SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02
o Topsoil stockpiles were noted. Some, but not all were clearly marked with identifying signs.
o Stream buffer zones were noted and adequately marked with new signage.
