The <br />inspection was conducted and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Jerry Nettleton, Seneca <br />Property LLC, representatives were present throughout the inspection. Temperatures hovered around 85 <br />degrees Fahrenheit with clear skies. Main haul roads appeared in good repair, no hydrologic or air quality issues <br />were detected at the time of the inspection. <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE ITEMS: Culverts <br />Outstanding from previous inspections <br />Culvert with cattails at inlet end should be monitored and cleared before snowfall. <br /> <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Main haul roads and access roads were dry. No offsite air quality issues or hydrologic impacts were <br />observed at the time of inspection. Reclamation and vegetation appeared in good condition. <br />Vegetation was well established and vigorous. No expanses of bare areas or significant weed <br />infestations were noted at time of inspection. <br /> <br />SIGNS and MARKERS – Rule 4.02 <br />o Topsoil stockpiles observed were for the most part marked with identifying signs. <br />o The mine site identification signs observed were intact, displaying all required information: <br />mine name, operator name, address, phone number, DRMS permit number and contact <br />information (photos 1 and 2 below). <br />o Permit boundary markers were noted along road and perimeters and found, with a couple of
