Photo captured in June 2017. <br /> L I Vegetation Descriptions <br /> Within the permit area there are two primary vegetation communities,the alpine forest areas on <br /> the north slope of Douglas Mountain, immediately south of the mining area, and the meadow <br /> that the mining area will be located in.Map C-1 shows the general area of these vegetation <br /> communities overlain with the soil map for the area.
