Subcontract#: 061804-017 <br /> Page 5/Rev 171204 <br /> Subcontractor's Notes: <br /> All drainage pipe and drainage structure pricing based on limited design profile information, but <br /> assumes average depth less than 12 feet and maximum depth not exceeding 25 feet. <br /> Assumes all work will be performed in a continuous and orderly progression. SEMA and General <br /> Contractor to develop mutually agreeable sequence and baseline CPM schedule for the work. SEMA <br /> will not be liable for delays and potential liquidated damages caused by the actions of the General <br /> Contractor, non-affiliated subcontractors/suppliers, and/or changes to project <br /> phasing/sequencing/work scope ordered by others. SEMA will be immediately notified when our <br /> operations are causing a delay to the critical path of the mutually agreed schedule so we may take <br /> corrective actions to regain schedule due to any delays caused by our operations. <br /> Project acceleration and/or addition of additional resources to regain schedule due to the delays of the <br /> General Contractor, Owner or others may incur additional reimbursable expenses. <br /> SEMA intends to work between sunrise and sunset, and night work is expected for portions of the <br /> work. <br /> Excludes construction survey and staking Excludes survey as-bunts All work to be surveyed and <br /> staked in accordance with CDOT standards by others. <br /> SEMA to be provided electronic files for development of electronic terrain models to support grade <br /> control equipment and grade check operations by SEMA. <br /> Initial plate load and correlation testing for Sema's intelligent compaction system will be provided by <br /> the Contractor. Intelligent compaction data management and analysis by General Contractor <br /> Intelligent compaction will be provided where dedicated compaction equipment(CAT 323 or larger) is <br /> provided for compaction of earthwork related to embankments or subgrades. <br /> Excludes all traffic control personnel, operations and devices <br /> Pricing assumes that all work will be constructed in accordance with provided phasing/traffic control <br /> plans and assumes concrete traffic barrier protection of work areas. Pricing assumes that <br /> construction equipment will be allowed to cross or gain ingress/egress at existing interchange ramps. <br /> Flagging for safe ingress and egress from the project site to be paid for by General Contractor <br /> Excludes all erosion control BMPs, revegetation, and interim/final site stabilization excluded; except <br /> as specifically quoted. Quoted BMPs include installation and removal, but exclude routine <br /> maintenance. BMP's damaged or removed by SEMA will be fixed or replaced by SEMA. Excludes <br /> street sweeping, other than required for SEMA's operations <br /> All site and project specific permits excluded. SEMA will obtain construction dewatering and air <br /> quality permits for SEMA's work scope. <br /> Grades will not be maintained after acceptance of grade by Contractor. Destruction of grade after <br /> acceptance by Contractor due to erosion, traffic, or other factors beyond SEMA control is the <br /> responsibility of others. <br /> Establishment of subgrade is one time only. Tolerance on all grades is minimum +/-0.1' or greater if <br /> allowed by CDOT specifications.
