Plaintiffs and Defendant Snowcap agree that a stay of proceedings in the instant <br />civil action during the pendency of the related action for judicial review, case no. 2017CV30391, <br />Mesa County District Court ("Judicial Review Action'), will promote judicial economy and <br />conserve the resources of both this Court and the parties, including the Colorado Office of the <br />Attorney General. "Courts, in general, have the power to stay proceedings before them." Town <br />of Minturn v. Sensible Hous. Co., 2012 CO 23, 118 (citing Landis v. N. Amer. Co., 299 U.S. <br />248, 254-55 (1936)).
