Visual monitoring, Part 1.1.1 <br /> Per Part 1.1.1 of the permit, the permittee must collect a stormwater sample from each outfall (or a <br /> substantially identical outfall pursuant to Part I.H.1 of the permit) and conduct a visual assessment <br /> of each of these samples once each quarter for the entire permit term. <br /> B.
