Photo <br /> No. 2 shows the same area on September 12th, in which case the ground was dry and the <br /> soils showed signs of desiccation cracking. Other photos taken on September 12th are <br /> attached that show the South Pond deep-water habitat and wetlands. <br /> Photo 2 - South <br /> Pond Area <br /> September 12, <br /> 2017 <br /> Attached is the Planting Plan for the South Pond (WWE Sheet 8 of the Reclamation <br /> Plan). Note that the planting plan has tables that show the species that were planted, both as <br /> nursery stock and by seeding. When I last observed the wetland in detail (circa 2004) 1 recall <br /> seeing and commenting to the Owner about the diversity of the wetland species, most <br /> noticeably the Scirpus sp., Carex sp., and Eleocaris Palustris. All of those species were <br /> present and thriving in the South Pond area. In addition, the Planting Plan shows a band of <br /> deeper water with emergent species along the southern edge of the South Pond (by the label <br /> for the 6" ADS pipe).
