<br />operation from causing or contributing to an exceedance of the National Ambient Air Quality
<br />Standards (NAAQS) for the short term limits.
<br />South Taylor Blasting Schedule: Blasting shall only occur between the hours as indicated in
<br />this table. In the event of adverse weather conditions and/or equipment breakdowns and in
<br />consideration of employee and public safety, blasting may occur outside of the times provided:
<br />a. Date, time, and circumstances are documented.
<br />b. These documents are maintained and made available to the Division for inspection
<br />upon request
