L <br />1. COLORADO <br />Air Pollution Control Division <br />" Department of Public Health & Environment <br />The particulate emission control measures listed on Attachment B (as proposed in the Air <br />Pollutant Emission Notice(s) / Particulate Emission Control Plan submitted to the Division) shall <br />be applied to the particulate emission producing sources as required by Regulation No. 1. <br />All emission calculations must be made using the emission factors and format specified in Notes <br />Attachment A. The owner or operator must submit an Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) and <br />receive a modified permit prior to the use of any other method of calculating emissions. <br />The control practices and equipment, as described in Attachment A and B, must be maintained <br />and operated to ensure satisfactory performance. The owner or operator must monitor <br />compliance with this condition through the results of approved compliance tests (when <br />required), compliance with the Operating and Maintenance Plan, compliance records, and <br />other methods as approved by the Division. (Reference: Regulation Number 3, Part B, III.E.) <br />PROCESS LIMITATIONS AND RECORDS <br />This source must be limited to the following maximum consumption, processing and/or <br />operational rates as listed below.
