The CC Ditch Company's Second Park Lateral Ditch is scheduled to be temporarily diverted into a large HPDE pipeline to facilitate mining the area of the permit where the current ditch crosses. Table 2.05.3-3, Approximate Timing of Operations describes the sequence in more detail. The pipeline high density polypropylene (HDPE) and was designed to handle the full ditch flow currently carried in the ditch. The run -of -mine coal will be loaded on highway trucks and hauled to the Nucla Station for further processing. 2.05.3(8) Coal Mine Waste and Non -Coal Processing Wastes There are no coal processing facilities nor are any proposed at the NHN Mine area. All of the coal is transported to the power station by a transportation contractor. Reject rock from a rotary breaker at the power plant may be transported back to the mine site and deposited in the pit at least 10' below the subsoil level. Non -coal wastes shall be periodically transported to the county landfill.
