The A Substation and the Light Use Road #1 were pre-law disturbances and <br />do not have a topsoil replacement requirement. The requirement outlined in the Permit for the conveyor footer <br />footprint is to place 6 inches of topsoil back on the site. During the inspection, 6 topsoil depth samples were taken <br />(Photo 13). All six of the samples yielded a depth of 6 inches of topsoil. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED: None <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): All areas requested in the SL-11 bond release were in good condition based on the <br />inspection conducted. <br />The document attached to the end of this report is a returned letter sent to Mr. Fontanari via certified mail, <br />notifying Mr. Fontanari of the this bond release inspection. The letter was dated June 1, 2018. The letter was <br />returned to the Division on June 29, 2018, two days after the inspection was conducted. <br /> <br />
