There were no observed erosional features or <br />indications of instability. The roads were well maintained. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The Borrow Area was observed to be stable and well vegetated (Photo 2). There were no erosional <br />concerns identified during the inspection. The upper portion of Light Use Road # 1 was stable and well vegetated. <br />There were no indications of erosion on the reclaimed area. The A Substation footprint was well vegetated and <br />there were no indications of instability observed (Photo 3). There were no erosional features identified at the site. <br />The North Decline was stable with no indications of erosion (Photo 4). The site had well established vegetation on <br />it. The conveyor footprint located to the west of I -70 was stable (Photo 5). There were no erosional features <br />observed and the site was well vegetated. <br />
