The existing 110 acres are included in the Phase table
above.
**The mineable acres do not include internal access roads or topsoil stockpiles. Extra topsoil
stockpiles are included in the mine plan, some of which may not be needed.
(i) An estimate of the periods of time which will be required for the various phases:
Please see the above Table 1.
(ii) A description of the size and location of each area to be worked during each phase:
Please see the Pre-mine/Mine Plan map and the above Table 1.
(iii) Outline the sequence in which each phase of the operation will be carried out:
Please see the Pre-mine/Mine Plan map and the above Table 1.
(f) The Exhibit C map may be used along with the narrative to present the following
information:
The Operator does not consider the following information, (fi (i) and(ii) as
confidential
(i) Nature, depth and thickness of the deposit to be mined and thickness and type of
overburden:
The mined material will be sand, gravel and fill material. The overburden is up to 2 feet
deep. The area will be mined to a depth of approximately 17 feet or less, depending on the
actual depth of the resource. In the unlikely event ground water is encountered, the location
will not be further mined and the location backfilled to at least two feet above the prevailing
ground water elevation. No ground water has been encountered during mining in the
existing 110 permitted mining operation.
25
