HARD ROCK / METAL MINING
LIMITED IMPACT OPERATION (110(2))
RECLAMATION PERMIT APPLICATION
For the Ten Percenter Claim (CMC254209)
M-
BLM CMC254209
USFS File Code 2810
USFS 2810-021210-MPO 2018-004
6.3.3 EXHIBIT C
Mining Plan
Introduction:
Exhibit C presents the mining plan for 9.10 acres within the Permit or Affected Area of the Ten
Percenter Claim. Within the total Permit/Affected Area proposed, four new proposed sites of
disturbance may become the focus of excavation on the Ten Percenter Lode Mining Claim.
The Ten Percenter USFS Master Plan of Operations MPO-2018-004 proposes a new Proposed
Affected Area of 9.10 acres, plus an additional area of older, pre-existing disturbance requiring
reseeding. This would bring the total maximum area for reclamation to approximately 9.605
acres if the entire Permit/Affected Area were disturbed and the prior disturbance seeded.
However, only a portion of this total area is ever planned to be disturbed. Within the
Affected/Permit Area of 9.10 acres, we anticipate investigating up to four smaller areas and
some or all of them (or other areas as yet unknow) may be excavated using hand or powered
equipment over the life of the Permit.
These four areas may eventually total surface disturbance of 4.275 acres during years 2019 —
2024, including access, excavations, dumps, and stockpiles of topsoil. An approximate
maximum of 2.00 acres of new disturbance may be made in the first year, 2019, at locale'4.10
Upper Area'. This disturbance may, however, be significantly less than the 2.00 acres proposed
if evidence of economically important mineralization is not found in initial trenching of the
locality (as detailed in Table 1 in 6.3.1— Exhibit A — Site Description and as depicted in 6.3.5 —
Exhibit E — Map E-4 Supplemental Map).
Only one excavation area is planned to be active at any one time, e.g., 4.10 Upper Area, during
2019. Only one trench or equipment -dug excavation will be open at one time, as the
disturbance will be re -contoured prior to moving to the next area of excavation. At no time will
more than 2 acres of open excavations (topsoil replacement area) be allowed. Trenches and
excavations will be recontoured and reclaimed as each trench is completed.
Reclamation Permit Application for Ten Percenter Claim BLM CMC254209
USFS File Code 2810, USFS MPO-2018-004
