6.3.3 (1) (e)
An unnumbered USFS road traverses the Ten Percenter Claim and will be used for ingress and
egress. A pre-existing two -track road exists from the unnumbered USFS road to the prior
disturbance dump of the "Upper Cut" on the Ten Percenter Claim. Access will be via this two -
track road to the point where new access trails will require construction. Only one access trail
will need to be constructed (in a future year) to locality 4.40 the "Qtz Blowout", as described in
the USFS Plan of Operations and detailed in Table 1 (above), and as depicted in 6.3.5 Exhibit E —
Maps. The trail will be up to eighteen (18) feet wide and be of the necessary length to access
the excavation locality. The trail to 4.40 Qtz Blowout will be approximately 60 feet long starting
from the pre-existing two -track.
No improvements to existing roads are anticipated or necessary.
All constructed trails, existing two track roads, and the unnumbered USFS road will be
reclaimed upon completion of operations by the fall of 2024 as required by the USFS in Plan of
Operations #MPO-2018-004. That reclamation of pre-existing roads/trails, per agreement with
the USFS, is limited to seeding.
6.3.3 (1) (h)
Only limited quantities of water will be used during the operation. Water used will be hauled in
from city potable water supply sources (hose bibs and taps). Up to 20 gallons per person per
day may be used for personal consumption or via 1-gallon buckets and brush, 2-gallon pump
sprayers, or hand-held sprayers to help loosen clays and other debris during removal of
minerals from vugs. Some of this water (<_ 10 gals per day) will also be used to initially wash
specimens for evaluation. This water will be quickly absorbed into the floor of the excavations.
The only other water used on site will be for human consumption or held in reserve for fire
protection (firefighting back pack type water sprayers or other containers).
6.3.3 (1) (i)
Groundwater will not be encountered during operations. Virtually all rain water and other
precipitation, even in the most severe downpours, is readily absorbed into the natural ground
surface or floor of excavations. There may be some slight erosion associated with such
downpours on existing roads or constructed trails. New trails will be constructed in such a
manner as to contain runoff and prevent storm water pollution via water bars, sediment baffles
and sumps, if necessary, that will be removed or backfilled and reclaimed along with trenches.
A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) is on file with the Operator and available for
inspection.
ZyMin Corporation, the owner and operator of the Ten Percenter Claim has obtained from the
Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment a "CERTIFICATION TO DISCHARGE
UNDER CDPS GENERAL PERMIT COG500000 DISCHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH SAND & GRAVEL
MINING AND PROCESSING (and other Nonmetallic Minerals except fuel); Certification Number:
COG502151.
Reclamation Permit Application for Ten Percenter Claim BLM CMC254209
USFS File Code 2810, USFS MPO-2018-004
