On June 12, 2018 DRMS approved TR100. <br /> CC&V received Adequacy Review comments in two parts on May 21, 2018 and June 6, 2018 <br /> respectively, from the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety(DRMS). On June 11, 2018 <br /> CC&V addressed DRMS' comments including the following: <br /> Part 2, Dated June 6, 2018 <br /> General Comments <br /> d. Provide in writing a commitment to submit a certification report stamped by a professional <br /> engineer registered in the state of Colorado to and obtain acceptance from the Division prior to <br /> placing ore in any area of VLF2 requiring recertification as a result of the known sloughing area. <br /> CC&V Response: The two certification reports will be prepared and stamped by a professional <br /> engineer in the State of Colorado. No ore will be placed in these areas until the state has <br /> approved the certification reports. <br />
