Exhibit D—Mining Plan <br /> a) The mining plan describes a phased mining approach, with Area I being identified as a <br /> processing area and mining activities proceeding through areas 2-10 and each phase <br /> undergoing contemporaneous reclamation. Please specify the acreages of each phase <br /> for Areas 2-10 and while it is repeated in other exhibits please commit to a total <br /> number of acres disturbed at any given time including the processing areas located in <br /> Area 1. <br /> The table shows an area breakdown. The maximum number of acres to be disturbed at any time <br /> is 21 acres.
