June 18, 2018 C-1981-019/Colowyo Coal Mine ZTT <br /> <br /> <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 11 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> <br /> Page 4 of 11 <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br />(6)/4.03.2(5) and (6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Haul Road A widening construction was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Topsoil str ipping and road fill were <br />the main activities observed. The disturbance area was surrounded by silt fence and within the approved boundary. <br />No issues were observed. <br /> <br />The County Road 51 Haul Road Crossing continues construction. Scrappers were currently ba ckfilling the raised <br />portion above the Collom Haul Road of the crossing. The crossing is stable and no issues were encountered during <br />the inspection. <br /> <br />Final grading continues at the Collom Haul Road. <br /> <br />County Road 51 Haul Road Crossing <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />All requested Phase II and Phase III areas were well vegetated. Overall stability of the reclamation parcels has <br />been achieved and no major issues were encountered.
