This <br />winter annual is best treated in the fall. Flagging or marking this infested area now while the weed is easily <br />identifiable would be helpful to locate the area to treat in the fall. <br /> <br />Cover on the topsoiled portion of the Gob pile looks to be holding up ok in spite of the dry conditions. <br /> <br />The Division recommends continued diligence on weed control throughout the site. <br /> <br />A patch of knapweed was encountered under the conveyor by the transfer building. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> The load out area was clean and appeared to be graded to drain appropriately.
