STATE OF4,COLORADO Scott - DNR, Eric <eric.scott@state.co.us> <br />FW: Updated Derr Pit Exhibit L and C-3 Map <br />Eric Scott -DNR <eric.scott©state.co.us> Fri, Jun 15, 2018 at 11:03 AM <br />To: JC York<jcyork@j-tconsulting.com> <br />JC- <br />Another adequacy issue I noted this morning is that the submitted geotechnical evaluation does not include any sections <br />along the west or south side of phases 1-4 of the mining plan where the excavation and slurry wall are considerably <br />closer to the south and west permit boundaries and structures. There is also no demonstration that the offsets shown on <br />the mining plan map (50'offset from the gas well and 25' offset from the line shown in Phase 5, or the distance to the <br />existing facilities north of Phase 5)are adequate. Please address.. If these facilities will be relocated, then the permittee <br />will need to commit to staying 200'from them until they are removed..
