Though approximately 7-10
cattle were observed on the site, the vegetation was in good condition and not excessively grazed. Trampling of
the wet areas by cattle should be avoided. The operator needs to keep close observation of the areas of the ditch
directing water to the refuse pond where the cattle tend to congregate and trample. At the time of the inspection
the ditch was still in functional shape.

Weeds are minimal, but the operator should continue to monitor, and treat as necessary, any noxious weeds that
begin to invade.

DOCUMENTS RECEIVED NA
OTHER (SPECIFY) NA

ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE

No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending.
