The inspection was conducted and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the
DRMS. Miranda Kawcak and Jennifer Johnson, Williams Fork representatives were present
throughout the inspection. Skies had high clouds with temperatures around 68 degrees
Fahrenheit. Demolition of the site continues with disposal of the materials progressing in a
timely fashion. Main haul roads appeared in good repair, no hydrologic or air quality issues
were detected.

UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS:
o Phase I, II and III bond release of Utah Track and the Williams Fork strip pit
o Technical Revision of the Reclamation Plan

MAINTENANCE ITEMS: Stream Buffer Zone Rule 4.05.18 and 4.02
1. Please place markers at more frequent intervals and further south along stream to
delineate the stream buffer zone. Have these additional markers in place by the time of
the July inspection.
2. Rebar pile that previously was quite near stream buffer zone had been completely moved
away.

INSPECTION:

GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
Reclamation is underway as permitted, with many of the facilities already demolished. Most
ponds will be reclaimed, as over the course of the year they do not retain water. With the
exception of a vehicle storage building, facilities will be demolished and hauled away. ColoWyo
wishes to maintain access to the site to maintain their railroad spur that runs through the site.

SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02
o Topsoil stockpiles were noted. Some, but not all were clearly marked with identifying signs.
o Stream buffer zones were noted. It appears additional signage is needed to clearly delineate
the buffer zone for all contractors operating on site.
