Maps included in Tab 7 as exhibits meet the requirements of Rule 2.04.7(4). <br />These maps include the Iocations of all monitoring stations, the location of sub -surface water, <br />the locations of surface water bodies; and the locations of spoil, waste, and non -coal waste <br />disposal, dams, embankments, other impoundments, and water treatment and air pollution <br />control facilities within the permit area. <br />Rule 2.05.4(2)(f) - Reclamation Plan <br />Rule 2.05.4 is addressed in Tab 19 and Tab 20 of the permit. Rule 2.05.4(2)(0 requires <br />that a description regarding the measures to be employed to ensure that all debris, acid-forming <br />and toxic -forming materials constituting a fire hazard are disposed of in accordance with Rules <br />4.11.4 and 4.14.3 and a description of the contingency plans which have been developed to <br />preclude sustained combustion od such materials. There is no description in Tab 19 or Tab 20 <br />that satisfies the requirements mentioned above. Please update the text to address the <br />requirements of Rule 2.05.4(2)(f) and include a statement in Tab 19 pointing the reader to <br />the section of the C-057 Permit where this information is Iocated. <br />Rule 2.05.4(2)(g) — Reclamation Plan /Sealing Mine Openings and Boreholes <br />The requirements of 2.005.4(2)(g) include a description and maps to address how any <br />mine openings, exploration holes, other boreholes, wells and other openings located within the <br />permit area. According to the C-057 Permit, Rule 2.05.4 should be addressed in Tabs 19 <br />and 20. There was no discussion included in Tab 19 or Tab 20 addressing the reclamation <br />of exploration holes, boreholes, wells and other openings located within the permit area. <br />Please update the text to address the requirements of Rule 2.05.4(2)(g) and include a <br />statement in Tab 19 (Reclamation Schedule) pointing the reader to the section of the C-057 <br />Permit where this information is located. <br />Rule 2.05.6(3)(a) -(b) Protection of the Hydrologic Balance <br />Information satisfying Rule 2.05.6(3)(a) is located in Tab 16 of the C-057 Permit. No <br />Adequacy concerns were identified. Information Discussed in Tab 16 includes: Groundwater <br />and surface water quality within and adjacent to the permit area, water rights of present users to <br />surface and groundwater, and the quantity of surface and groundwater within and adjacent to the <br />permit area. Information in Tabs 15, 16, 17 and 18 meet the requirements of Rule 2.05.6(3)(b). <br />Tab 15 includes information outlining the Water Monitoring Program. Tab 16 includes <br />information regarding the protection of the hydrologic balance. The Probable Hydrologic <br />Consequences assessment is located in Tab 17. Tab 18 contains the Hydrologic Reclamation <br />Plan.
