Reilley <br />Date: June 2018 <br /> <br />June 2018 DRMS <br /> <br />With disturbance expected to be 53.02 acres less than original modeling and an increase of 214.07 acres in <br />year two restoration and revegetation DRMS finds this adequate. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4. Please provide the acreage of the Haul road expected to be located in the Federal lease. <br /> <br />Trapper Response: Proposed stripping of the Nighthawk Pit haul road is comprised of previously disturbed and <br />reclaimed Phase III bond released areas. The total proposed acreage of this re-disturbance is 3.3 acres. <br /> <br />June 2018 DRMS <br />Adequate <br /> <br />5. Please update the submitted revised page 3-16 regarding the sections L Pit Mining and Nighthawk Pit <br />mining, such that there is no supposition that a request for mining is either being requested or approved <br />with this TR. <br /> <br />June 2018 DRMS <br />Adequate <br /> <br />Trapper Response: See attached revised permit page 3-15a. <br /> <br />6. Please indicate if you anticipate requiring a 200 foot buffer past the lease boundary on the 2018 east <br />stripping line at L pit. <br /> <br /> <br />Trapper Response: Proposed 2018 stripping included in TR-119 does not encompass nor surpass the current <br />federal lease boundary. Please clarify if any additional culverts will be associated with the mentioned road and if so, please provide all <br />necessary information to satisfy rule 4.03.1(4 ). <br /> <br />Trapper Response: The routing of the new Life of Mine haul road on the northern perimeter of Nighthawk pit is routed <br />in such a way that it follows a ridgeline and no culverts are planned to be used under it at this time. <br /> <br />June 2018 DRMS <br />Adequate <br /> <br />8.
