We also are completing our employee safety training <br /> programs, which include the annual 8 hour refresher for the 5000-23. In <br /> addition, I hold 1 hour safety training meetings at the mine office every week. <br /> The meetings have a written outline of the safety topics I cover with the crew, <br /> we watch MSHA training videos, and do on site equipment and surface plant, <br /> underground safety training.
