There existed a small sediment <br />plume on the inlet end. No issues were noted (photos 6 and 7). <br />o Pond 17 exhibited some turbidity at the time of inspection, no issues were noted (photos 8 and <br />9). <br />o Pond 8; no issues noted at time of inspection. <br /> <br />SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE- Rule 4.12 <br />Several slides and slumped areas exist around the site. It appears that these are generally associated <br />with settling and no recent movement was detected at the time of inspection. <br />o An old slump was noted above Pond 6 (photo 3). It appears stable and no recent signs of <br />movement were noted at the time of inspection. <br />o No recent movement or areas of instability were noted at any of the slide or slumped areas <br />observed. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL -Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution <br />4.06.4: <br />o Reclamation appeared stable and vegetation appeared vigorous and well <br />established. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION - Rule 4.15 <br />General Requirements 4.15.1; <br />o Revegetated areas and reclamation exhibited vigorous growth with well established plants <br />exhibiting a diversity of species. <br />o No extensive areas devoid of vegetation were noted. <br />o No areas of weed infestations were noted. <br /> <br /> <br />PHOTOS <br /> <br /> Photo 1: The split culvert at Pond 5.
