This is an existing <br /> mine and most of the east, south and west sides were mined and <br /> reclaimed for many years . Along the south and west side no <br /> mining will take place within 200 feet of the structures but are <br /> within 200 feet of the disturbed area. Structure agreements were <br /> mailed on August 16, 2016 to the listed owners and 5 were <br /> returned. The other two remaining, were not returned as of the <br /> filing date . If we receive anymore, copies will be provided to <br /> the Division. A * next to the name below indicates that an <br /> agreement has been received.
