EXHIBIT G WATER INFORMATION (cont)
A map showing the well locations, according to the Office of the
State Engineer ' s coordinate data, is also provided labeled MAP
EXHIBIT G -WELL MAP.
We estimate dust control for the roads will be a maximum of 1 ac-
ft per year. This water will be obtained from a source approved
for that use . No water will be used for reclamation, nor will
the revegetated areas be irrigated by the operator. The well
permit and Temporary Substitute Supply Plan will explain where
Deep Cut LLC. , will obtain the water needed by this mine .
Once below water material is mined, a 4% by weight factor will
have to be added to determine the consumptive use associated with
material sales . When mining moves tot he waste pile area no
below water material will be mined so the losses associated with
that material will be zero (0) .
Because of the geographic features around the mine, all offsite
runoff is or will be diverted around the disturbed area. Any
stormwater runoff will be retained on the site and directed into
the mining area when the mining and reclamation is taking place .
No stormwater will be retained on the mine site for more then 72
hours . If a Colorado Pollution Discharge Permit is needed it
will be obtained prior to discharging water from the permit area.
21 (revised 4/30/2018)
