Revegetation Success Demonstration <br />Pursuant to Rule 4.15.8(3), Phase II bond liability release will be considered acceptable if the <br />vegetative establishment on the reclaimed land meets the requirement of 90% herbaceous cover <br />of the reference area standard with 90% statistical confidence. <br />Please see Appendix B for information addressing vegetation establishment and sample locations <br />for reclamation units WPO 15, WPO 17, WPO 18, WPO 19, and WP020. <br />Please see Appendix C for information addressing vegetation establishment and sample locations <br />for reclamation units WPO 14 and WPO 16. <br />Please see Appendix D for information addressing vegetation establishment and sample locations <br />for reclamation units EP051 through EP055 and reclamation unit EP057. <br />Please note that acreages presented in Appendices B through D will be equal to or greater than <br />the acreages being applied for Phase II bond release. The reports presented in these appendices <br />take in the account acreages for each reclamation block as a whole unit. Within some of these <br />reclamation units being applied for are stock ponds and permanent post -mining channels. Those <br />areas cannot be applied for bond release until the entire watershed reporting to each structures <br />have been Phase II released.
