A Map Showing Area: SL -11 Bond Release Exhibit <br />15. Dates Reclamation Work Performed: <br />North Decline - 6.6 acres for Phase III release - #1 on Bond Release Exhibit <br />The 6.6 acres at the North Decline portal, storage areas and substation were reclaimed <br />and seeded in the fall of 1992 and spring of 1993. Phase I bond release was approved in <br />October 2003 with SL -2 and a Phase II bond release was approved in November 2015 <br />with SL -8. (#5 on SCC ARR) <br />Roadside Borrow Area -1.1 acres for Phase III release - #2 on Bond Release <br />Exhibit <br />The 1.1 acres at the borrow area east of the Roadside Refuse Pile was reclaimed and <br />seeded in November 2002. Phase I bond release was approved in October 2003 with <br />SL -2 and Phase II bond release was approved in November 2015 with SL -8. (#15 on <br />SCC ARR) <br />Substation B - 0.3 acres for Phase III release - #3 on Bond Release Exhibit <br />The 0.3 acres at Substation B were reclaimed and seeded in November 2002. Phase I <br />bond release was approved in October 2003 with SL -2 and Phase II bond release was <br />approved in November 2015 with SL -8. (#23 on SCC ARR) <br />Conveyor Corridor - 0.3 acres for Phase II & III release - #4 on Bond Release <br />Exhibit <br />The 0.3 acres at the Conveyor Corridor were reclaimed and seeded in March 2004. <br />Phase I bond release was approved in January 2009 with SL -4. (#27 on SCC ARR) <br />Substation A - 0.2 acres for Phase II & 111 release - #5 on Bond Release Exhibit <br />The 0.2 acres at Substation A were reclaimed and seeded in August 2007. Phase I bond <br />release was approved in January 2009 with SL -4. (#28 on SCC ARR) <br />RS Portal Road to old upper diversion ditch (Lt Use Road #1) -1.9 acres for Phase <br />II & III release - #6 on Bond Release Exhibit <br />The 1.9 acres of the RS Portal Road (Lt Use Rd #1) were reclaimed and seeded <br />September 2007. Phase I bond release was approved in January 2009 with SL -4. (#30 <br />on SCC ARR) <br />16. A description of results achieved: <br />Acres submitted for Phase II & III release (2.4 acres total) <br />The 2.4 acres requested for Phase II & III Bond release in this submittal successfully <br />achieved Phase I Bond release on January 11, 2009, with the approval of Bond Release <br />Application No. 4 (SL -04). The Conveyor Corridor, Light Use Road #1 and Substation A <br />locations have been reclaimed to stable configuration and support the fish and wildlife <br />post -mining land use. <br />
