Other Benefits to Lessor be amended from "Lessee will replace the three existing <br />stock ponds in their general existing locations with existing sizes or larger as approved by the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology." to read "Lessee will replace the three existing stock ponds <br />with one pond in the location of Pond 008 sized as agreed upon in the letter of August 16, 2001, <br />and as approved by the Division of Minerals and Geology." <br />Ward E.
