There were no ruts or areas with ponded <br />water. No stability issues were observed. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The reclaimed pad for the water storage tank is located up the hill and to the southwest of the south <br />portals. The bench was well vegetated and stable (Photo 4). There were no erosional features identified. The <br />surface was roughened and has created many micro-climates for plants to thrive. <br /> <br />The area of the mine known as the North Decline was inspected (Photo 5). The area was well vegetated. There <br />were no indications of instability or erosion. The diversion ditch was in good repair and has been approved to <br />remain as a permanent feature. <br /> <br />The A and B Substation Pads were stable and well vegetated. There were not any erosional concerns identified. <br /> <br />The borrow area was stable and well vegetated (Photo 6). There were no erosional features identified. <br /> <br />The reclaimed access road from the sout h portals to the barrow area was stable with no indications of erosion. The
