No perman nt structures will be necessary, except a portable sanitary facility and a portable <br /> scale. <br /> Water is ant cipated to be intercepted between 6-10 feet. There is a permitted well just south of <br /> the site, 10 V' 0094. <br /> Normal hou of operation during construction are proposed from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday <br /> through Satu 4y. Hours may extend into Sunday if an emergency demands additional hours. <br /> As many as employees will operate the site during a one shift day. The site is anticipated to be <br /> operational f in May through November 2018. <br /> In the event n iious weeds appear, they will be mechanically removed as directed by the <br /> Archuleta Co my Weed and Pest Department Coordinator, Ethan Proud. A Weed Control Plan <br /> can be develo Od as necessary. <br /> Fugitive dust ill be controlled by posting vehicle speed limit signs at 10 miles per hour <br /> throughout the site and along haul roads. Water spray application will be used at active <br /> extraction face , stockpiles, and roads using a water truck. Fremont will purchase the water and <br /> haul it onsite f r use. It is anticipated that approximately 10.000 gallons will be used daily for <br /> dust control. <br /> Stormwater ma agement will be accomplished using best management practices which could <br /> include perimet r'berms constructed of straw-bales, waddles or overburden to direct any surface <br /> runoff from the ffected area. A stormwater management plan has been established. A <br /> stormwater pe it has been applied for through the Colorado Department of Public Health and <br /> Environment's Ater Quality Control Division. <br /> �I <br />
