These are an increase in disturbed area by 245.4 acres for additional topsoil stripping, <br />84.0 acres associated with the L pit and 161.4 acres of disturbance of Phase III released areas associated <br />with the new N pit. Additionally a new Haul Road to the N pit at 5392 ft which will require 45.7 acres of <br />topsoil removal, which from Table 3.1-3 is included in the 84.0 acres proposed for the N pit stripping. <br />The cost estimate enclosed is based on the Divisions best match to the tasks available in CIRCES, and <br />utilizes Unit Costs last updated by the Division in June of 2017. <br />The current required surety for the Trapper Mine is set at $21,934,049.85. Enclosed is the CIRCES cost <br />estimate for TRI 19. Based on this estimate the liability will need to increase by $880,549.88 for a total <br />liability of $22,814,599.73.
