Frank Ferris of ERMR was present for the entire inspection. The weather <br />conditions were mostly cloudy and windy. Winds were gusting to 50 mph with blowing dust. The temperature <br />was approximately 60F. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Pond 8 contained water but was not discharging. The embankment appeared to be stable and the spillway <br />was free of obstructions. <br />Pond 9 did not contain water. The embankment appeared to be stable and the spillway was free of obstructions <br />(photo 1). <br />Pond 13 contained water and was discharging. The discharge structure was clear of obstructions. The trench drain <br />was discharging. The embankment appeared to be stable. <br />Pond 16 contained a small amount of water but was not discharging 9 (photo 2). Both inlet structures were in <br />good condition. <br />The sediment wattles were in place on the Morgan property along BB Road (photo 3). <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> Irrigated pasture areas were being irrigated. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The permit boundary signs and markers were in place in the northwest corner by pond 13, by ponds 8 and <br />9, along 2700 Rd, BB Road and around the facilities area. <br />Stream buffer zone signs were in place by ponds 13 and 9. <br />
