The source of all of the topsoil was from one of three <br />stockpiles. <br />The 2007 reclamation was completed in July 2007 before the preferred permanent seeding time. <br />Therefore, the temporary sterile cover crop, Quickguard, was planted as sections of the regrading <br />were completed during June and July. Permanent seeding and mulching was performed during <br />November 2007.
